Hi, I’m an artist in Yakima, Washington.
I have been involved doing art projects, drawing and painting most of my life, taking art classes whenever I had a chance. Being active in art classes at the University of Washington in Seattle was a great joy. I was trained in the uses of different mediums, as well as art history education.

After University I spent many years using art in creative ways to teach young children .
Most of my inspiration for my art comes from my garden, the beautiful nature around us, and from traveling to many interesting places in the U.S. , Canada, and Europe.
My family and I moved to Yakima, in eastern Washington in 1982.
After my children were raised I had more time for art.

Now I enjoy my studio workshop, and my small gallery, so conveniently located in part of our home. Appointments can be made to buy my paintings. I plan to be part of the local Tour of Art Studios each Sept. I may host an Open House sometime. I am a member of the Yakima Valley Artist's Association
